To book your funeral live stream, the first step is to submit a booking enquiry through our website.
We will then confirm that we have the requested date available and send you a quote to choose which camera package you want to book.
Once booked in, our team will take care of the technology for you to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day allowing you to focus on what matters most, your family.
Once booked in, we’ll schedule the live stream and create a private, custom online event web page where family and friends can join.
To invite people to your page, all you need to do is send the web address to them by text or email (there are no passwords to remember or misplace).
We can also include your prepared video tributes to play directly into the live stream, just send it to us the day before so we can arrive prepared.
On the day of the event, we’ll arrive at the venue early to setup our equipment. We’ll professionally record and live stream the service using our high end cameras and professional streaming equipment, ensuring that everyone can say their final goodbyes, wherever they are.
After the service, a replay will be available about 5 minutes after the live stream has finished so that anyone who missed it can watch it later. We’ll then prepare your video download of the recording to share with family or keep as a memento.
What does the funeral live stream custom event page look like?
Once you book your package, we will create a unique event web page for you.
- On this custom page you will find the name of the person the live stream is for so that your guests know they have come to the right place.
- You will then see the live stream video embeded which will automatically start playing when the team go live at the funeral
- We also have a count down timer to the start of the live stream so you know when the service will be starting.
- You will also see a QR code which can be saved and used to share the link with online guests also.
- At the bottom of the page you’ll find a comment section where your online guests can leave a message to the family if they choose to.
- You will not need any passwords to access the page, only the correct link. This is important as there is nothing more frustrating than trying to access a locked website when the service is starting. Technology can be difficult for older or less tech savvy guests so we have decided to make our live stream pages as accessible as possible no matter your tech level.

Is there a replay?
Our funeral live streaming and memorial services can be watched in real-time or at a later date depending on where in the world the online guest is watching from and what time it is. All you need is an internet connection and a smart device. The technology we use is designed to be accessible from anywhere in the world, without the need to download any additional software.
How long will the replay be available
After the funeral live stream has ended, the event replay recording will be available online for 6 months, allowing friends and family to watch it again. This ensures that everyone has the opportunity to pay their respects and honor the memory of their loved one.

You’ll have your own custom event page, multiple cameras depending on which package you choose to capture every moment, high-quality audio for clarity of sound, and online features such as a comments section for guests to leave a message to the family.
Do you need Internet from the venue?
We always bring our own internet with us and stream with 2 or 3 modems linked to our bonded internet streaming encoder. This is a piece of professional streaming technology that powers professional broadcasters all over the world and is why we have such a high quality and super reliable live stream.
In areas where there is less mobile internet reception available, we travel with a Starlink to help boost our internet connectivity.
Although extremely rare, if for some reason we are unable to live stream in any location due to internet issues, we will upload a recording to the website as soon as we can once a service has concluded. We usually do this once we have returned to a mobile reception area on our way back to the office.
Cost of Funeral Live Streaming Services
When it comes to the cost of our funeral live streaming services, we’re very transparent so there are no hidden surprises.
Our professional funeral live streaming services start at $995 for our 1 camera package. The 1 camera package is perfect for smaller venues like funeral homes, making it the most affordable option for families who want to include remote attendees in their memorial services.
Our second package consists of 2 cameras and is $1,295 which is designed for larger venues like churches or funerals with a larger number of in person guests where having the second angle really helps create a more interesting and personal experience for the viewer.
We can also create a custom package if you need extra cameras or something that is outside the inclusions of our regular packages. You can see some examples of our live streams on our EXAMPLES PAGE.
How do I book a funeral live stream?
We have a very simple booking system. Simply click the “Get a Quote” button at the bottom of this page and you will be able to send us some basic details of the funeral or memorial service.
We will then check that we have team available on the date you request.
If we have availability, we’ll create a digital quote and email it to you. Then you can choose which package you want and accept the quote digitally. Our system will then automatically prepare a questionnaire to complete with all the details we need to know for a successful live stream.
Once you’ve accepted our quote, our system will automatically generate an invoice for the package you choose. This invoice can be paid by bank transfer or credit card making it super easy to book in. We do require full payment before the day of the funeral.
What areas do you cover for funeral live streaming?
We currently provide funeral live streaming services in South East Queensland, mainly covering Brisbane and the Gold Coast but we also often find ourselves a little further north in the Sunshine Coast or out west to Ipswich, Logan, Toowoomba or the Beaudesert regions.
